As a Solutions Architect focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies, you will be essential in crafting and executing scalable, user-centric solutions that significantly improve business processes. Your role will involve advocating for the adoption of these advanced technologies and collaborating with stakeholders to implement automation, harness AI capabilities, and optimize business operations in line with our strategic vision. Duties and Responsibilities: Set guiding principles for innovative solution applications across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications, procedures, and technical standards for application development projects. Apply your technical expertise to create effective solutions for complex business challenges. Identify system dependencies and explore alternative technologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Research and assess new technologies and vendor solutions to ensure a competitive advantage. Engage directly with business users to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and transform needs into effective low-code solutions. Maintain comprehensive application roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices for low-code development. Mentor business users and citizen developers to increase their proficiency in Power Platform and Copilot. Investigate and integrate emerging technologies to further improve business operations and efficiency. Design seamless interfaces and integrations to ensure smooth data flow between applications and systems. Document standards and procedures to guarantee effective solution design and deployment. Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for optimization to achieve the best business outcomes. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 6 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may replace educational requirements. United States - Nationwide Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies. Strong understanding of low-code development principles and frameworks. Proven ability to work collaboratively with business users to turn needs into user-friendly solutions. Experience in data modeling and integration strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Exhibited initiative and accountability for achieving results. Pay Range:
