Ecommerce Analytics Specialist
The Ecommerce Analytics Specialist is a key team member of the Ecommerce Analytics & Optimization team. They will be responsible for preparing various reports, applying an analytical lens to data points and presenting an organized output that can be understood and digested by the greater Lane Bryant organization. She/He will be successful in this role if they have a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and manage multiple deadlines. The impact you can have: Prepare and analyze business reporting, ability to make sense of data from multiple sources and put into views for leadership consumption. Demonstrates analytical curiosity and strong problem-solving skills. Leverage analytics tools and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Develop reports to communicate performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects with great attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn new data, system and business environment, and adapt to switching priorities as needs arise. Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel. Prepare, automate, and deliver business reports, including KPIs and management-related analyses Work as part of a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
