**Here''s where you;ll be focusing:**
May direct the work of other change team resources, internal and external,
who are supporting on the project
Act as an active and visible coach and guide for leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsors and lead them through transitions
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
Accountable for end to end change management of a large, complex scope of change, or a significant workstream of a multi-year transformation initiative
Accountable for the end-to-end design and development of change management strategy, execution plans, as they relate to process, systems, and people (cultural, behavioural, structural, role-based) changes in the business.
Integrates across the entire change portfolio to ensure that there is an integrated and customized experience for change, learning and communications to support change adoption and sustainment.
Partner and consult to
business lead to ensure strong leadership accountability and ownership of the change, and sponsorship of the change management approach.
Advise on best methods to increase adoption and sustainment, and mitigate change risks..
Influences
key stakeholders to ensure the change outcomes can be met.
Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management execution plans u2013 including change intake and assessment, stakeholder and impact analyses, integrated change activities into project plan, communication and training plan, sponsor and resitance management plans, risk management plan, readiness plan, reinforcement and accountability plans, and lessons learned
Accountable to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting team members in the organization such that intended benefits and business results are achieved
Monitor and manage measurement of change systems to track adoption, utilization and benefits realization of individual changes. Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
Evaluate issues and risks and create mitigation plans
Brings current knowledge of Change Management practices and applies
leading edge change methods to deliverables to improve organizational effectiveness capabilities
Experience in change management processes and methodologies including developing tactics to help shift mindset, behaviours and achieve results through an aligned and integrated change management approach
Credibility leading, supporting and/or managing large scale change efforts and timelines with enterprise/functional/divisional impact
**What you have to offer:**
Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant work experience in change management and/or organizational design areas such as communications, training and support, and leadership engagement
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, project planning, project management, and project integration skill
Continuous improvement or business process mapping background an asset
Advanced communication, team facilitation and presentation skills for an executive level audience with the confidence and ability to concisely and clearly communicate insights and strategic concepts in a compelling manner
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint)
Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology an asset
Bilingualism (English/French) an asset
Experience with organizational transformation and the application of organization effectiveness measures.
Familiarity with Agile and project management principles.
Understanding of human behaviour, as well as business management, operations and strategy.
Excellent communicator and effective leadership style with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Ability to set and achieve goals, with strong follow-through.
Track record of successfully measuring the effectiveness of change outcomes.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Strong project planning, project management, and project integration skills
Ability to think strategically and make sound, data-based business decisions
Customer centric focus; understanding the impact of what we do, not just on the internal customer but also the end customer
