As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing systems, ductwork, fittings and controls with excellence and efficiency.
General Duties:
* Review each job daily with your manager or design specialist; load all equipment, tools and materials into the truck that are needed for the job.
* Identify and request any missing or incorrect equipment or materials
* Complete installation according to code, manufacturer instructions and job folder notes.
* Deliver high-quality work that meets company standards
* Start up and check equipment for proper operation and performance
* Ensure every customer is satisfied, understands their system, and is confident in its operation
* Complete all paperwork daily, accurately recording time, materials, and job details.
* Maintain a clean, professional working environment, leaving every home better than you found it
* Carry out additional duties assigned by management
How to Succeed:
* Jobs completed on schedule and within labor budgets
* Accuracy and timeliness of paperwork
* Low callback rate on workmanship
* Proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicle
Qualifications:
* HVAC Journeymen eligible
* CFC Universal Certification
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (per state and insurance requirements)
* Pass non-regulated drug screening
* Ability to life and carry up to 70lbs
* Minimum 2 years HVAC experience (4 preferred)
* Demonstrated journeyman-level installation and repair skills
* Ability to braze, solder, and read schematics
* Must own standard technician tools
* NATE Certification (plus)
* Professional, neat appearance
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shift
* Overtime & Weekend As Needed
Location: In-Person
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
