*Job Summary*
Betty Dare Wellness and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and experienced *Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)* to lead our nursing team. This leadership role is key to ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff support in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise and support nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
* Coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Conduct clinical rounds and monitor care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Oversee medication administration and treatments; IV and phlebotomy skills are a plus.
* Participate in utilization review and ensure appropriate care transitions and resource use.
* Assist with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
* Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols.
* Respond to emergencies or complex medical issues as needed.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and staff activities.
*Qualifications*
* Active New Mexico RN or LPN license in good standing.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
* Prior supervisory or nurse leadership experience preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR); PointClickCare preferred.
* BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., IV therapy) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
