Senior MEP Project Manager

Construction - UK, MEP and Fire Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale project in Galway city. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical and Electrical aspects, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical project requirements.
• Review and understand all project specifications and details.
• Collate and track technical submittals through to approval.
• Manage the labour tracker and maintain weekly progress reports, including changes and variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and the client’s site team.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented and adhered to.
• Manage project handover processes and maintain document management systems.
• Schedule project-specific activities and ensure subcontractor performance meets timelines.
• Attend regular site and subcontractor meetings, actioning any key points raised.
• Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to senior management.

• Extensive project management experience within the M&E industry.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects successfully, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (PMs, Site Managers, Foremen, etc.).
• A qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.
