Business Analyst

Our client is an established national not-for-profit organisation that is currently investing in a number of digital and technology initiatives to improve how it delivers services across Ireland. They are now seeking a Business analyst to support the successful delivery of these projects.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to define business and technical requirements, analyse processes, and support the implementation of systems that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Translate operational needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and technology partners.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with CRM, enterprise systems, or digital platforms.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate data and requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation programmes.
