Electrical Package Manager (BMS)

We’re recruiting an experienced Electrical Package Manager (BMS) to take ownership of BMS & MEP packages on a major hyperscale data centre project in Groningen, The Netherlands.

This role sits within a leading GC / MEP contractor delivering complex, high-tech projects across the data centre sector.

• Prepare reports, studies, cost estimates, schedules, and tender documentation.
  
• Develop technical/contract documents and analyse returned tenders.
  
• Maintain delivery schedules, look-ahead programmes, and accurate site reporting.
  
• Oversee site operations, supervise construction activities, and coordinate materials, plant, and workers.
  
• Manage method statements, risk assessments, quality inspections, snagging, and problem resolution.
  
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors; prepare handover documentation.
  

• 
  
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
  
• 5+ years’ BMS engineering / supervision project delivery experience with a GC / Main Contractor
  
• Strong experience managing BMS systems
  
• Excellent coordination, programme, and communication skills
  
• EU Passport or full EU work eligibility required
