Senior Graphic Designer

EY Ireland is looking for an outstanding Senior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team. This role is part of EY’s Core Business Services (CBS) creative department, which leads the visual identity and production of key go‑to‑market campaigns and events. The team includes graphic design, presentation design, animation, filming, photography and broadcast.

• 
  
• Creating conceptual visuals and ideas to support core campaigns
  
• Driving quality, creativity and influencing clients to choose effective design solutions
  
• Leading and executing strategic projects across multiple platforms, collaborating with the creative team and stakeholders
  
• Facilitating or attending design briefings to help stakeholders clarify their problems
  
• Promoting awareness of EY’s visual identity and maintaining the integrity of the global brand
  
• Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
  
• Delegating appropriate tasks to supporting members of the creative team in liaison with the Design Lead & Operations
  
• Coaching, mentoring and providing guidance to team members
  
• Contributing to a fun, energetic and creative team culture and acting as an ambassador for EY
  
• Managing relationships with digital and print suppliers to ensure deliverables meet exact requirements
  
• Supporting team leadership with initiatives as required
  
• Acting as a self‑starter – identifying opportunities and addressing problems effectively

• Ability to create conceptual visuals and a portfolio that showcases this skill
  
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an in‑house team, agency or freelance
  
• Qualification in Visual Communications or related discipline
  
• Experience producing supporting assets for varied digital media, including interactive assets
  
• Experience in multiple print production techniques
  
• Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues and stakeholders
  
• Excellent skills in all Adobe CC applications and competent in Adobe After Effects for small motion design projects
  
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  
• Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  
• Demonstrated understanding of business objectives and their impact on projects
  
• Portfolio of work is a mandatory requirement
