MEP Project Engineer

A growing construction project in Dublin is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join on a freelance basis. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements across the project lifecycle, ensuring all systems are designed, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

• Lead and coordinate MEP activities across the project.
  
• Review, develop, and refine MEP design documentation.
  
• Work closely with design teams, contractors, and site management.
  
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
  
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety across all MEP installations.
  

• 
  
• 5+ years’ experience in MEP engineering within construction.
  
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and construction sequencing.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with Irish construction regulations and site practices.
  
• Experience working on large commercial or mixed‑use projects.
  
• Proficiency with design or coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). xcfaprz
