Mad Brothers Bakery is hiring a Specialist Baker with expertise in sourdough and traditional Brazilian pastries. This is a full‑time position (39 hours per week) with an annual salary of €36,605.

Duties include:

• Sourdough bread production
  
• Preparation of Brazilian cakes and pastries
  
• Recipe development
  
• Maintaining hygiene standards
  

Requirements:
