Bartender (H/F)

1818 – Eat & Drink in Zermatt!

The historic Wallis-style dining room with designer furniture feels lively and cozy. Fresh, local products are prepared creatively. The extensive wine selection is eye-catching, and the “before and after” bar is a hidden gem in the village.

We are looking for a motivated Bartender for the Summer Season 2026.

• Daily preparation of hot and cold/warm drinks as well as cocktails

• Attentive guest service and training of new staff

• Ensuring professional service in close collaboration with the restaurant team

• Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch

• Employee, Family & Friends room rates and other benefits (e.g., in the many restaurants of MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)

• Fitness room available for staff, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt

• Access to our pool area during staff swim times

• Access to various courses through a development program, for example with the company Ritzy

• Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card

• For employees who cannot or do not want to work the full winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we support them in finding a complementary position together with our partner hotels

• Completed professional training in hospitality (e.g., restaurateur or similar) preferred

• Initial work experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills; French is a plus

• Experience with international clientele

• Hospitable personality with pleasant interpersonal skills
