Our team, comprising adept roofers and detail-oriented project managers, is integral to providing smooth, comprehensive roofing and reconstruction services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and full concierge service to the North Texas community.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of roofing projects from initiation to closeout, including inspecting roofs and managing the construction process.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates to homeowners, ensuring high customer service, and addressing any concerns during the project, particularly for HOA projects.
• Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate with roofing crews and subcontractors, manage the scheduling of jobs based on material availability, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Material Management: Oversee the procurement, delivery, and inspection of construction materials to the job site.
• Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and maintain clean and orderly job sites (e.g., using magnet rakes for debris).
• Permitting & Compliance: Handle required city or HOA permits and ensure adherence to community design standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically in the roofing or construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams of installers and subcontractors effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, homeowners, and crew.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and keep projects on schedule.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
