TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Advanced Excel Experience with SAP Nice To Have
Access Database Management Advanced SQL Microsoft Power BI Microsoft SQL Query Analyzer Tableau Key Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and organize data related to payments and transfers of value to healthcare providers in support of federal Sunshine Act reporting requirements Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Open Payments reports to CMS, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies Perform data quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential reporting errors in payment and transfer of value records Support the reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems including accounts payable, expense management platforms (Concur), and CRM databases Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, validation procedures, and reporting methodologies to support audit readiness Generate regular reports and dashboards to track reporting metrics, submission deadlines, and compliance status for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs to gather required data elements Respond to data queries from healthcare professionals regarding reported payments and assist with dispute resolution processes Monitor regulatory updates and guidance for global transparency reporting requirements from CMS and other jurisdictions as needed Maintain organized records and filing systems for all Sunshine Act documentation in accordance with retention policies Other duties as needed
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
