Job Description:
The Trademark Management & Process Enablement Specialist will provide critical operational, coordination, and process-support to accelerate the implementation of customer plan for improving trademark management process including the Brandi tool. This role will support the execution of the trademark process improvement plan across teams, maintain project momentum, create training materials, trademark process documentation, and help streamline the integration of data, workflows, and responsibilities across different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Tracking Establish and manage a detailed project tracker. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups. Document decisions, risks, and requirements. Support for Marketing Workstream Assist in defining responsibilities for Brandi tool, Trademark Management, and Strategic Brand Naming. Refresh training materials. Compile Marketing & Legal detailed trademark process roles and responsibilities and document marketing process related to trademark management. Support for Data & Systems Integration Preparation Work with Programmer to consolidate enhancements. Track implementation progress of Brandi enhancements. Generate a backlog list of Brandi enhancements based on input from stakeholders and users. Assist documentation for IT knowledge transfer. Support alignment and documentation related to Brandi interdependencies (e.g.: MM4C, Product Registration, Imagebank, etc.)
Experience:
Support Regional & Stakeholder Mapping Review and update the list of stakeholders Review Stix stakeholder database and recommend necessary adjustments. Validate regional Trademark Coordinators. Create the Trademark Coordinators Community engagement plan. Business Case Support Assist in creating documentation to support Brandi and Trademark management process enhancement business case and investment justification. Assist in preparing Trademark management presentations and updates to leadership. Training & Communication Execution Update and create training materials for the Trademark Management process and Brandi tool. Help to organize training sessions and assist with note taking. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Build a repository of updated materials. Prepare consolidated FAQs. Feedback Collection & Process Optimization Gather structured feedback on workflows. Identify improvement opportunities. Collect KPIs and performance indicators. Assist in compiling final documentation of technical changes.
Skills:
Strong program/project coordination experience. Familiarity with process governance, IT platforms. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Strong organization and agility skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
