Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineering Lead, where you will be instrumental in developing and configuring advanced software solutions tailored to meet our evolving business needs while ensuring adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with functional teams to gather detailed business requirements. Analyze requirements through fit-gap analysis and design effective solutions. Define, document, and facilitate approval for technical design specifications. Develop and configure technical modules, including necessary integrations as per design documents. Conduct comprehensive unit testing of created modules and present demonstrations as needed. Support system integration and performance testing activities. Assist with end-user training and facilitate deployment and migration across various environments. Utilize .NET and SQL Server to develop and maintain cutting-edge applications. Ensure all coding practices comply with 508 accessibility standards. Employ accessibility testing tools, including ANDI, AXE, NVDA, and Color Contrast Analyzer, to validate compliance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate detailed requirements into the development process. Troubleshoot and resolve coding and data issues in existing applications effectively. Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for after-hours support related to monitoring batch cycles and addressing production challenges. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong ability to analyze complex issues and evaluate multiple factors for effective solutions. Proficiency in C# and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with .NET Core for building web APIs and server-side logic. Established expertise in .NET and SQL Server development. Familiarity with 508 compliance coding standards and best practices for accessibility. Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools (ANDI, AXE, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer). Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and familiar with relational database design. Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven record of working independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with team members. Experience with Medicaid systems and knowledge of WCAG guidelines is preferred. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation Information:
