Job Title: Project Manager
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: starting at $75,000 (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational activities across multiple projects and ensure efficient workflows, quality standards, and on-time delivery. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support daily operations, improve processes, and ensure projects meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project operations to ensure efficiency and timely completion
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and identify process improvements
• Maintain quality standards across project activities
• Support and coordinate teams to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Resolve operational or project issues quickly to prevent delays
• Provide project updates and reports to leadership
• Assist with coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources across projects

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership
