Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations using scanning devices.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate hand trucks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Meet established productivity goals for picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order information.
- Must be able to perform sustained physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Awareness of and adherence to Safety protocols.
