Highly successful, niche business is currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive. Great opportunity to join a well established and continually expanding business within a fantastic industry. Day to day as internal sales executive your role will be varied : Managing and developing a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and potential customers * Selling core range of products * Re-engaging lapsed and lost customers to rebuild relationships and recover business * Reviewing order history and identifying lost lines, understanding reasons and proposing solutions * Promoting new product development (NPD), arranging samples and managing follow-ups, securing listings and gathering structured customer feedback on samples *
Supporting clearance stock activity within agreed margin and volume guidelines * Conducting competitor research and producing a weekly market intelligence report * Recording all customer interactions, feedback, and insights accurately within the CRM system ·Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers problems.
