* Facilitate smooth transitions between hospital and outpatient settings
* Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures such as drain removal, opening of wounds, basic wound care
* Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications
* Collaborate with surgeons, residents, nurses, and other team members
* Participate in patient education, consultation, and research Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with clinical management in both Outpatient and Inpatient settings and works well in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. New graduates with interest in complex surgical care are encouraged to apply! Minimum Requirements: * Current Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS certification
* Graduate degree from an accredited ACNP program
