Data Architect (Pragmatic / Delivery-Focused)

We work at the intersection of strategy and execution — designing pragmatic operating models, making AI governance work in practice, and building high-impact data and AI teams across EMEA. We are a team who have done this in practice - not just advised on it.

We’re looking for a Data Architect who can design practical, scalable data solutions — and ensure they actually work in the real world.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to design perfect architectures in isolation. We need someone who can balance good design with speed, constraints, and business priorities.

• Design data architectures aligned to business and product needs
• Support build vs buy decisions across platforms and tooling
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enable delivery
• Ensure data foundations support governance, scalability, and performance
• Bring clarity to complex or fragmented data environments

• Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs — not over-engineer solutions
• Comfortable working across xcfaprz strategy and hands-on delivery
• Experience supporting data transformation or platform build-outs
• Strong communication skills — able to explain decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
