Our Client is T1 Main Contractor. They wish to appoint a Senior Site Manager for an upcoming 2‑year mixed commercial project in Wicklow valued at over €50M.
If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.
Seeking a seasoned Site Manager who has worked on large‑scale projects from groundworks to handover, preferably with an established building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
Salary up to €90,000 plus xcfaprz a €20,000 annual bonus. Package includes car allowance, 8% pension, VHI, subscriptions, CIPD, etc.
