Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our M&S Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we are looking for a passionate and proactive coordinator to join us. Be part of our team helping to recruit colleagues across Ireland! The position requires flexibility to work core days and weekends, when needed, along with the motivation and adaptability to quickly get up to speed.

• Management of recruitment tasks and activities including advertising roles and scheduling
  
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and peak activities
  
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and new joiners
  
• Facilitating inductions for new hires (traveling across stores where needed)
  
• Supporting compliance learning and general admin
  
• Suggesting ideas to improve recruitment processes

• Great at multitasking and delivering results
  
• Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships

• Data‑savvy with strong reporting skills
