Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you will be a senior member of the delivery team responsible for end-to-end project oversight on key construction contracts. This is a permanent, Dublin-based position with significant autonomy and visibility within the business.

• Lead and manage construction contracts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, including phased handovers.
  
• Maintain overall safety performance on all sites under your control, liaising closely with safety leadership to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and in-house systems.
  
• Prepare, issue and monitor construction programmes; proactively manage changes, variations and schedule impacts.
  
• Represent the business at site meetings and external stakeholder forums, delivering clear, professional reporting on progress and risks.
  
• Monitor quality, compliance with drawings/specifications and best-practice construction standards.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership, commercial teams, procurement and project support functions to drive consistency and performance across multiple active projects.
  

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  
• 10+ years' industry experience, including at least 3+ years as a Contracts Manager (or in a senior delivery leadership capacity).
  
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent negotiation, communication and team-management skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and lead multidisciplinary site teams. xcfaprz
