Senior Associate, Client Accounting

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund / Client Accounting to join their Central Expenses team in Dublin (hybrid working – four days per week in the office).

This role focuses on managing complex fund expenses across portfolios with intricate asset structures. You’ll play a key part in budgeting, expense analysis, reporting and general ledger oversight, while also supporting clients and guiding junior team members.

• Leading detailed analysis of budgeted versus actual expenses and identifying solutions
  
• Partnering closely with clients to explain fund expense activity and answer queries
  
• Supporting and shaping expense methodologies while reviewing junior team output
  
• Preparing and analysing fund budgets for client review
  
• Investigating and resolving complex fund-related issues
  

• 
  
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (CPA or CFA beneficial)
  
• 5–7 years’ experience in fund accounting, expense management or financial operations
  
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, expense ratios xcfaprz and regulatory frameworksAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
  
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to mentor others and work across teams
