What You'll Be Doing:

Infrastructure Management: Keep IT systems, networks, and infrastructure reliable, secure, and high-performing.

Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with precision and speed.

System Upgrades: Plan and deliver upgrades and improvements while keeping business disruption to a minimum.

Asset Management: Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.

Performance Monitoring: Stay proactive with real-time monitoring, ensuring systems run smoothly.

Project Execution: Deliver project tasks on time, contributing to the success of wider IT initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and tech peers to tackle challenges and deliver solutions.

Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest standards of service.

Budget Assistance: Support budget tracking and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Security Compliance: Play a key role in ensuring our IT environment stays safe and compliant.

Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance to IT Support Specialists, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong experience in system administration and network management .

Knowledge of security protocols , firewalls , and intrusion detection systems.

Hands-on experience with monitoring and management tools .

Solid understanding of IT best practices and regulatory standards.

Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with a fast-evolving tech landscape.
