The EngineeringManager position entails the leadership of MCO global product development teamsacross the entirety of the software development life cycle. Keyresponsibilities encompass ensuring the quality of team outputs and optimizingcustomer experiences, along with maintaining strict adherence to codingstandards and promoting automation initiatives. Moreover, the role involvesmentoring and guiding engineers, proactively identifying and mitigatingtechnical risks, and facilitating effective communication between engineeringand other stakeholders. The manager oversees deployment processes, monitorssystem performance, and provides decisive technical leadership duringincidents. Ultimately, this role aims to uphold the highest standards ofprofessionalism and innovation in MCO software development practices.

Responsibilities
- Own the effectiveness of the Scrum Agile process and adherenceto good agile practices for the team.
- Be responsible for the quality of the teams' outputs and thequality of the customer experience of our products.
- Lead product development teams through all stages of the SDLC.
- Hands-on participation in all technical activities includingarchitecture & design reviews, code reviews, coding, troubleshooting,defect triage (up to 40% )
- Define and enforce coding standards andbest practices within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams totranslate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high codequality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Drive Automation in the engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement indevelopment processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and coach engineers to foster theirtechnical growth and career development.
- Identify technical risks and challengesearly in the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.
- Act as a technical liaison betweenengineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Platform Test teams toensure thorough testing and validation of software products.
- Oversee deployment and release processesto ensure smooth and reliable product launches.
- Monitor system performance and addresstechnical issues promptly to maintain product stability.
- Provide technical leadership during incidents and outages,facilitating root cause analysis and resolution.
- Fostera collaborative and innovative engineering culture focused on deliveringhigh-quality software products.
- 10+ years of experience (including up to 3years in management)product development.
- Strong java full stack engineeringexperience in a product development environment
- Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Can do attitude who can adapt andpriorities effectively.
- A strong willingness to learn and a growthmindset.
- Excellentcommunication and servant leadership skill
- Possess knowledge and experience of agiledevelopment methodology. (Scrum, AGILE and KANBAN)
- Experience in a product driven SAAS orfinancial services company is a plus Architect experience is plus .
