Senior Site Manager

Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee a reinforced concrete frame project based in Dublin.

• 
  
• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
  
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
  
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
  
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
  
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
  
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
  

• 
  
• Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background.
  
• The successful Senior Site Manager will have at least 10 years’ experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
  
• Must have 7+ years’ experience and familiar with RC Frame projects.
  
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
  
• Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
