This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm, 3-4 days a week, 2 weeks per month
- Practice Setting: Outpatient/Clinic
- Type of cases; required procedures: outpatient clinic, new consults, follow-up, no procedures required. Oversight of treatment.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR):Epic
- Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible,
- Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State Medical License
