Contracts Manager Kilternan

Our client is both developer & main contractor. They wish to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager for upcoming €60M high density residential project in Kilternan.

You will manage the entire project lifecycle, minimize risk, ensure compliance, achieve program budget, manage agreements with client, drive efficiency and ensure project meets contractual terms.

• Overall responsibility for project performance
  
• Manage design teams and external consultants
  
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  
• Work with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
  
• Make sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  
• Liaise with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
  
• Subcontractor selection and management throughout works
  
• Coordination of Mechanical and Electrical contractors along with other specialist subcontractors
  
• Chair weekly site meetings
  
• Manage construction schedules and budgets
  
• Deal with any unexpected costs

Salary incl bonus €160,000 with full package
