One of Ireland's fastest growing Developers are hiring a Contracts Manager. They have large development in Louth, Meath and north Dublin and have new 200+ apartment and housing development beginning in Louth where they need a strong Contracts Manager.

You will have full control over this project and others, working within a fast growing, well resourced team, reporting to the Managing Director with scope to progress fast.

• Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in residential construction.
  
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Lead project teams and liaise with Clients, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
  
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and delivery to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures on all sites.
  
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  

Salary is expected to be in the region of €120,000 + package.
