Data Control Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Control Analyst to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in data control, reconciliations, or financial operations, and a background in investment management or fund accounting.

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of financial and investment data across systems and reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
• Monitor data quality controls and implement improvements where required
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of security master and reference data
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including portfolio managers, operations, risk, and compliance teams
• Contribute to process automation and control enhancements
• Maintain documentation of data control procedures and governance frameworks

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a data control, fund accounting, or investment operations role
• Strong understanding of NAV calculations, trade lifecycle, and portfolio reconciliations
• Experience working with portfolio accounting or investment management xcfaprz systems
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar) advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
