Reporting Actuary (6 month FTC)

Our client is currently recruiting aReporting Actuary to join its Actuarial Function on a6-month contract. This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to be based outside Dublin and work largely remotely.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of actuarial reporting activities, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Support the production and validation ofSolvency IIandIFRS17actuarial reporting
  
• Assist with actuarial result analysis, includingmovement and variance explanations
  
• Contribute tomodel governance, process improvements and control enhancements
  
• Support theassumption setting processand related reporting activities
  
• Prepare actuarial reports, presentations and materials forsenior stakeholders and governance committees
  
• Gain exposure to stakeholders acrossFinance, Risk and Actuarial functions
  
• Contribute to wider actuarial initiatives, includingIFRS17 developments, capital analysis and product-related work
  

• 
  
• Newly Qualified, Qualified or Senior Part-Qualified Actuary
  
• Strong actuarial reporting experience within alife insurance environment
  
• Knowledge ofSolvency II and/or IFRS17 reporting frameworks
  
• Experience xcfaprz inactuarial modellingis advantageous
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines in a reporting-focused environment
