Second Line Support Engineer

A manufacturing organisation is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support their new office in Dublin. This is for a global company that offers unrivalled career development and a personal progression plan.

You will work onsite providing desktop and remote support. This is a hybrid role. There may be some travel to other sites.

This is a contract to permanent opportunity and ideally you will lave a driving license.

• 
  
• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user lifecycle management
  
• Manage network, endpoint, and Microsoft server configurations
  
• Provide troubleshooting break/fix, and preventative maintenance
  
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, patch management, and ITSM change processes
  
• Support NVR/camera systems, badge access, MDM, and xcfaprz AV systems
  
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with operations on process improvements
  

• 
  
• 2+ years IT operations experience
  
• Some knowledge of server hardware, infrastructure, and security best practices
