For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop innovative internal facing client analytic visualizations which support relationship building Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs Using data to predict trends in healthcare and client utilization Forecast and trend complex data to provide insights to business partners Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes Preparing reports and presenting these to various levels of internal staff Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements Testing developed functionality to ensure quality outputs Monitoring and managing data quality and outputs You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
Experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data Visualization tool experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) SQL programming with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries Intermediate level of proficiency creating SQL queries Proven solid problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Preferred Qualifications:
Experience visualization development using Power BI and DAX Experience using cloud databases such as Snowflake and/or Azure Experience working with ETL tools, e.g. Alteryx, Airflow AGILE/Scrum experience Healthcare domain knowledge Proven solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Proven solid ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
