Über
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices for various user groups within the organization.
Create training materials, guides, and documentation to support self-paced learning and continuous skill development in data analytics.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to improve data literacy and empower users to leverage data effectively in their roles.
Change Management:
Lead change management initiatives for data analytics projects, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational readiness, define change objectives, and implement strategies to drive adoption and acceptance of new data analytics processes and tools.
Monitor change impact, gather feedback, and iterate on change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
Communications and Documentation:
Develop and execute communication plans to promote awareness, understanding, and engagement around data analytics initiatives, achievements, and opportunities.
Create engaging content such as newsletters, presentations, case studies, and reports to showcase data analytics insights, success stories, and business impact.
Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge bases related to data analytics processes, workflows, best practices, and standards.
User Experience:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to improve the user experience of data analytics tools, dashboards, and interfaces.
Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction with data analytics solutions.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices in data visualization, interaction design, and information architecture.
Business Engagement and Insights:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into actionable data requirements and analytics solutions.
Analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and communicate findings to key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, metrics, and data quality standards aligned with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analytics, training, change management, communications, documentation, UX design, and business engagement.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, creating engaging content, and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles, usability testing methodologies, and data visualization best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives within deadlines and budget constraints.
