*Position Summary*
This role exists to help good ideas turn into real progress — without over-committing, over-engineering, or over-promising.
As a *Senior Technology Execution Lead*, you will support senior technology leadership by translating direction and evolving priorities into clear actions, decision-ready materials, and steady forward motion. You’ll work closely with a small group of trusted leaders and advisors, helping them stay aligned and effective while navigating complex stakeholder and delivery environments.
This is not a role for someone looking to “own the strategy” or manage teams. It _is_ a role for someone who listens carefully, asks the right clarifying questions, and knows how to say “yes, if” in a way that preserves options and credibility. If you take pride in thoughtful execution, clear writing, and making the people around you more effective, this role will likely feel like a good fit.
*Responsibilities*
Your work will be concrete, contextual, and execution-focused. Typical responsibilities include:
* Interpreting senior leadership requests and priorities, clarifying intent before acting, and framing responses that avoid unnecessary commitments.
* Producing decision-ready briefs, summaries, options papers, and execution artifacts that help leaders move forward with confidence.
* Coordinating across internal teams, government stakeholders, and delivery partners to keep high-visibility efforts progressing, even when ownership is distributed.
* Supporting oversight of enterprise workflow and execution mechanisms (intake, routing, tracking, resolution), with an emphasis on outcomes rather than tools or theory.
* Using approved analytical and AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, drafting, and scenario exploration — while applying human judgment to ensure accuracy, context, and appropriate scope.
* Pulling together information from multiple sources, reconciling inconsistencies, and presenting a clear picture of what is happening and what matters.
* Maintaining lightweight records of decisions, assumptions, and context to reduce re-work and re-litigation.
* Surfacing risks early and proposing pragmatic paths forward without creating unnecessary friction.
You will not be expected to manage staff or direct teams. Your effectiveness comes from judgment, clarity, follow-through, and trust.
*Required Qualifications*
* Experience supporting or working closely with senior leaders in technology, IT, cybersecurity, or complex enterprise environments.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret ambiguous requests and respond thoughtfully without over-committing.
* Strong written communication skills; comfortable being the person who turns rough ideas into clear, usable artifacts.
* Ability to coordinate across organizations and roles without relying on formal authority.
* Sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
* Active *Secret clearance* required; eligibility for higher clearance levels preferred.
*Desired Qualifications*
These are helpful accelerators, not strict requirements:
* Experience in federal IT, national security, or mission-driven consulting environments.
* Familiarity with workflow automation, execution tracking, or portfolio-adjacent work applied pragmatically.
* Comfort using modern analytical or AI-enabled tools to improve quality and speed of work.
* Experience stabilizing or supporting delivery efforts that involve multiple stakeholders or imperfect processes.
* Interest in growing into greater responsibility over time while remaining an individual contributor.
*Work Environment*
This role operates in a secure, mission-focused environment with a mix of independent work and close collaboration. Work is typically *hybrid*, with some on-site presence required depending on program and security needs.
We value professionalism, preparation, and follow-through over visibility or theatrics.
