Job Description

Job Description

Experienced. Surgical. Production-Oriented. Growth-Minded. Colorado.

If you are an experienced podiatrist who believes in offering patients the best treatment options available and you’re open to mentorship within a structured, metrics-driven practice, this opportunity may be a strong fit.

Anderson Podiatry Center is seeking a surgically trained podiatrist (3+ years preferred) to join our established private practice with offices in Broomfield (Denver metro area) , and  Fort Collins.

Who This Role Is For

We are looking for a physician who:

  • Is well-trained in basic podiatric surgical procedures
  • Is confident managing general podiatry independently
  • Is willing to learn and confidently offer cash services when appropriate (e.g., regenerative therapies)
  • Believes patients deserve to hear all appropriate treatment options — regardless of cost — and can pivot respectfully if patients choose alternative plans
  • Is assertive about structured follow-up and seeing patients through full treatment plans
  • Is comfortable reviewing metrics and improving production
  • Engages patients with curiosity — asking thoughtful questions and identifying additional care needs
  • Has excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills

This role requires a producer mindset — someone who understands that patient engagement, appropriate diagnostics, structured follow-up, and comprehensive care drive both outcomes and practice growth.

About Our Practice

  • Established multi-location private practice (Fort Collins & Broomfield)
  • Strong referral relationships in Northern Colorado and Denver metro
  • Large established patient base
  • In-office digital X-ray and ultrasound
  • Regenerative and advanced treatment offerings
  • Our own ambulatory surgery center with highly trained staff and efficient surgical scheduling, allowing for streamlined cases and minimal hospital-related delays
  • Structured systems and performance tracking
  • Leadership committed to mentorship and associate development

We are not a churn-based clinic.
We are a disciplined, growth-oriented practice that believes production is measurable, coachable, and improvable.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Stable referral base
  • Defined performance expectations
  • Expandable schedule growth tied to objective metrics
  • Efficient surgical workflow in a dedicated ASC environment
  • Autonomy with accountability
  • A leadership team invested in your development

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive per-day structure
  • Performance-based growth pathway
  • Clear expansion opportunities based on production and demand
  • 401k plan options
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working more than 4 days/week.
  • Paid sick leave and vacation time
  • Full malpractice coverage.
  • Full administrative support team.
