Job Description
Experienced. Surgical. Production-Oriented. Growth-Minded. Colorado.
If you are an experienced podiatrist who believes in offering patients the best treatment options available and you’re open to mentorship within a structured, metrics-driven practice, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
Anderson Podiatry Center is seeking a surgically trained podiatrist (3+ years preferred) to join our established private practice with offices in Broomfield (Denver metro area) , and Fort Collins.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for a physician who:
- Is well-trained in basic podiatric surgical procedures
- Is confident managing general podiatry independently
- Is willing to learn and confidently offer cash services when appropriate (e.g., regenerative therapies)
- Believes patients deserve to hear all appropriate treatment options — regardless of cost — and can pivot respectfully if patients choose alternative plans
- Is assertive about structured follow-up and seeing patients through full treatment plans
- Is comfortable reviewing metrics and improving production
- Engages patients with curiosity — asking thoughtful questions and identifying additional care needs
- Has excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills
This role requires a producer mindset — someone who understands that patient engagement, appropriate diagnostics, structured follow-up, and comprehensive care drive both outcomes and practice growth.
