Family owned body shop of 35 years looking for experienced & dedicated Collision Repair Technicians for a fast paced, high production shop in Naperville, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for *hard working,* quality minded, technicians who are looking to make an excellent wage. White Eagle Auto Body is a direct repair shop for most insurance companies which means that you can count on steady work year round with great earning potential and weekly pay, all while using state of the art equipment and technology.
The salary range in this post IS accurate - but it is based on production. Techs that come in and just want to put in their 40 physical hours, and perform at a mild pace, could gross $60K. If you are experienced, you understand how commission based pay works (getting the job done), and you hustle & keep busy, you should gross $80K. And if you are experienced, dedicated, and can perform at a pace that reflects your level of experience and commitment, you will gross $100K, and well beyond.
