We are seeking a Microsoft SQL Server Developer to share our vision to deliver the best possible value from this data. The SQL Server Developer will work with the Software Development Team to design, implement, improve, and maintain databases, database objects and queries. The Developer should have experience in working with Microsoft SQL Server, Python, SSIS and SSRS

• 
  
• Creating all database objects such as tables, queries, stored procedures, triggers, indices, constraints, views, and user-defined functions.
  
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.
  
• Manipulating and processing data using Python.
  
• Creating and maintaining ETL processes utilising SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  
• Creating and maintaining reports utilising SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  
• Participating in an Agile / Scrum process.
  
• Providing technical support to the various internal departments on all team software.
  
• Maintaining and updating existing database functionality.
  
• Working with the Software Development and Trading Teams, to understand business requirements and to assist in providing relevant new database functionality.
  

• 
  
• 3+ years’ experience in MS-SQL Server development.
  
• Experience working with MS-SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  
• Experience working with MS-SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  
• Understanding of database performance tuning and optimisation concepts.
  
• Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with Power BI or Tableau Reporting.
  
• Experience working with Python.
  
• Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM process.
