Up to €140,000 + bonus and benefits

A leading global tech company is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a high‑impact ML team building advanced pricing, forecasting, and optimisation systems used across international product lines.

In this role, you’ll architect production‑grade machine learning systems end‑to‑end — from feature engineering and model training through to automated deployment and monitoring. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, lead the development of optimisation models (including price elasticity and cannibalisation modelling), and mentor junior engineers.

Experience with Gurobi is required for this role

• 
  
• 3+ years’ experience building and deploying ML systems in production
  
• Strong background in ML techniques across forecasting, classification, embeddings, and optimisation
  
• Expert Python skills; experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark MLlib)
  
• Mandatory: experience using Gurobi for mathematical optimisation
  
• Experience with cloud-based ML stacks
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non‑technical stakeholders
  
• They are looking for someone to join soon, so you'd need to have a 1 month maximum notice period
  

• 
  
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital goods, or large-scale consumer platforms
  
• Expertise in similarity modelling, recommender systems, and A/B model evaluation
  
• Experience working with custom ML platforms for CI/CD of ML models
