Area Sales Manager

Our client is a global manufacturer of premium construction products. They operate across multiple divisions, including flooring, waterproofing, adhesives, and roofing systems, supplying high-quality solutions to the commercial and industrial construction sectors.

With continued investment in the Irish market, they are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to help grow their footprint across key product ranges.

This is a field-based sales role, covering the Republic of Ireland, with a strong focus on building relationships with specialist tiling distributors. You'll be responsible for selling a diverse product portfolio, including adhesives, grouts, sealants, etc.

Whilst the client is very well established within their core product ranges, this division is a new area for the Irish market and will be heavily focused on new business. Your main priority will be to build and develop relationships with the distributors, and once those relationships have formed, the role will focus more on specification sales. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling into the construction sector who enjoys working across multiple product lines and project types.

• Field sales experience within the construction sector is essential
  
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage projects and build relationships with specialist distributors and tiling shops
  
• Experience selling any of the following: flooring, waterproofing, adhesives, chemicals, grouts, sealants, construction materials
  
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident in managing your own territory
  
• Based in the Republic of Ireland, ideally Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Midlands
