As Software Engineering Manager, you’ll operate in a highly visible role, building bespoke platforms, advanced data capabilities, and AI‑driven tools that directly influence C‑suite strategy and investment outcomes.
This is a hands‑on engineering leadership position overseeing a small, high‑performing team (full stack + data) while staying deeply engaged in architecture and delivery. You’ll work across AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and low‑code tooling, advancing a secure, cloud‑native ecosystem centered on automation, reuse, and DevSecOps excellence.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with C‑level stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into scalable technical solutions, and shape engineering standards and architectural direction as the function continues to expand. xcfaprz
You will:
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers across full stack and data
Design and deliver cloud‑native solutions using AWS, serverless, and IaC
Drive best practices across CI/CD, security, reuse, and citizen development
Skills / Experience:
Strong hands‑on experience with TypeScript and/or Python
Good working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Snowflake or Databricks
Salary / Remuneration:
€100,000 - €115,000 + 35k bonus and more benefits.
