Meet the Team

As a Supervisor of IT Infrastructure, you will lead a team that provides the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure and systems across the organization. This position is responsible for leading a technical team, ensuring high standards of system reliability, security, and performance, and supporting business objectives through innovative engineering solutions.

Where You Come In
  • Lead and supervise the Infrastructure and Systems Engineering team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core infrastructure services, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization platforms, and cloud solutions.
  • Ensure systems and infrastructure are secure, resilient, and compliant with relevant global standards and policies.
  • Coordinate and manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage incident response and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams globally and business units to understand requirements and deliver effective engineering solutions.
  • Measure team performance against appropriate metrics.
  • Monitor and communicate performance, adherence to SLA levels, etc.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and best practices within the team.
  • Report on infrastructure health, risks, and progress to senior management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You Successful
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading an Infrastructure and / or Systems Engineering team, or a similar IT function.
  • Strong technical knowledge of server, network, storage, and cloud technologies (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Azure/AWS, Cisco networking).
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and drive team performance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with IT security principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Aptitude, initiative, follow‑through, and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication of highly technical information to both technical and non‑technical personnel, adjusting messaging accordingly.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
