F&B Manager

At The Morgan Hotel, we dont just serve food and drinks we create moments.

We're looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. This is a leadership role at the heart of one of Dublins most vibrant boutique hotels, where style, energy and exceptional service come together from the first perfectly poured coffee of the morning to late-night cocktails in a buzzing bar.

Our F&B operation is the pulse of the hotel. Breakfast is a polished, warm, efficient, and thoughtfully executed to set our guests up for the day ahead. Lunch and dinner bring atmosphere and flair, balancing quality and personality in equal measure. By night, our bar comes alive a social hub where creativity, rhythm and genuine guest connection define the experience.

We're looking for a leader who is as strong behind the scenes as they are on the floor. Someone who is completely on top of their administration rota management, stock control, payroll, forecasting, supplier relationships and cost management while maintaining a visible, confident presence during service. Youll lead from the front, support in the moment, and set the tone through example.
