AML Client Onboarding Consultant

We are working with a leading Irish wealth management and investment firm to bring in an AML Client Onboarding Consultant to join their established Account Opening Team. This is a client-facing role at the heart of the onboarding process, offering excellent exposure to Wealth Management, Compliance, Risk and Operations.

As an AML Client Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a high standard of service delivery while meeting all regulatory and internal requirements. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey and work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth opening of client accounts.

• Manage the full client onboarding process from initial request through to account opening
  
• Issue account opening documentation to clients and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
  
• Provide regulatory guidance and advice to Wealth Management and clients on account opening requirements across all client types (individuals, companies, trusts, pensions, charities, etc.)
  
• Review completed documentation, identifying and resolving issues to ensure regulatory compliance and internal standards are met
  
• Assess new accounts to ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD), AML, Client Suitability and Client Vulnerability requirements are satisfied
  
• Attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers where required to support the onboarding process
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Wealth Management, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit and Operations
  
• Maintain and update account opening documentation and procedures in line with regulatory or internal process changes

• Approximately 2 years’ relevant xcfaprz experience in a similar account opening, onboarding or client services role
  
• Strong AML / CDD knowledge with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements
  
• Experience working with entity clients (companies, trusts, pensions, etc.) is highly desirable
  
• Previous experience in a role similar to an Albany Beck consulting assignment is advantageous
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing directly with clients via email and telephone
  
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a regulated environment
