About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of institutional clients within the funds and asset servicing sector.
This is a senior position responsible for managing all aspects of commercial relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the senior point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including retention and growth strategies.
Identify and pursue cross-selling and revenue growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights on market trends, regulatory developments, and service enhancements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, product, IT, and legal to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and lead senior client meetings, including global strategic reviews.
Manage contract negotiations in coordination with internal legal and compliance teams.
Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
Skills & Experience: 7+ years experience in client relationship management within the asset servicing or funds industry.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional client relationships.
Strong understanding of fund administration, custody, depository, and related services.
Demonstrated success in growing client revenue and managing commercial relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
