Senior Java Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team of software developers of various levels of experience. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance and scalable Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform. You will also participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase.

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to produce high quality outcomes.
  
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and the Agile development process.
  

• 
  
• 5-8 years of Java programming experience
  
• Solid understanding of SQL Programming
  
• Exposure to Python programming a plus
  
• Understanding of design patterns and OOP
  
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and application integration (SOAP, REST, etc)
  
• Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices
  
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices
  
• Critical thinking to be able to work with high-level requirements
  
• Strong communication skills
