You’ll lead on the delivery of high-volume residential schemes (typically 100-unit projects), producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with design and construction teams. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance and project efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Ireland as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in Revit
- Demonstrable experience in large‑scale residential projects
- Excellent technical detailing and documentation skills
- Must have a strong portfolio to be considered
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with a small, close team
- Comfortable commuting to Dublin 2
