• Assist in the completion of formulation of new products to meet customer requirements.
• Product evaluation, formulation development and sample preparation.
• Maintain samples and products development stock area.
• Internal product technical support.
• Apply experimental design and data analysis to projects.
• Integrate experimental design with technical knowledge.
• Execute experimental work to meet project goals and timelines.
• Manufacture, packing and evaluation of stability samples for development pharmaceutics.
• Work to tight production planning and deadlines.
• Assist compatibility studies and scale up processes.
• Be aware of existing quality procedures.
• Calibrate instruments and equipment in the laboratory.
• Provide oversight of development pilot batch manufacture in production.
• Provide process transfer support for technical transfers.
• Ensure all work complies with company cGxP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety/environmental guidelines.
• Any other duties as designated by the line manager.

• BSc in Science or Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• 0-2 years' experience in a pharmaceutical R&D/testing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of oral drug product development.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work on multiple projects.
• Self-motivation and ability to drive improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated effective research skills, including literature review.
• Excellent technical writing skills. xcfaprz
